Emmanuel Christopher Samwel

Founder & CEO

Emmanuel Samwel is a health advocate, digital innovator, and youth development champion dedicated to redefining healthcare access in Tanzania. As the Founder and CEO of Primetel Health, his work blends the art of community health systems, the science of technology delivery, and the discipline of impact entrepreneurship. He has contributed to digital health initiatives with Doctors Without Borders and advised early-stage ventures such as Mkaa Safi and Banana Fibre Seedbag, helping them grow catalytic grant funding and build sustainable models.

An African Leadership University graduate and African Leadership Academy alumnus, Emmanuel has earned recognition as a Millennium Fellow, an Innovate for Good Winner, and a Regional Finalist in the Hult Prize. Certified in mHealth, HRH systems, and mobile tech for health, he is well positioned to lead scalable, low-tech health innovations in resource-limited settings. Beyond health, Emmanuel is also a certified music producer, intentionally bridging creativity, rhythm, and purpose-driven leadership.

Dr Epiphania Simon Moshi

Medical in Charge

Dr. Epiphania Simon Moshi is a dedicated Medical Doctor with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in both hospital and clinical settings. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College in 2020 and has since built a strong clinical background through service at leading health institutions in Tanzania.

Dr. Moshi completed her medical internship at Mt. Meru Regional Referral Hospital, where she gained experience managing both inpatient and outpatient cases, conducting thorough clinical assessments, and performing a wide range of medical and surgical procedures. These included obstetric care—ranging from normal deliveries to cesarean sections—as well as procedures such as lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, ascitic and pleural tapping, herniorrhaphy, and trauma management.

Dr. Gy Elly Martin

Medical Doctor

Gy Elly Martin is an experienced Clinical Officer with over five years of service in primary and specialized healthcare. A graduate of Machame Health Training Institution, he has built a strong clinical foundation that combines both technical expertise and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

Throughout his career, Gy Elly has demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings. His hands-on experience includes conducting comprehensive patient assessments, administering appropriate treatment plans, and supporting preventive health initiatives within the community. He is also skilled in performing essential clinical procedures, providing emergency care, and ensuring timely referrals for advanced management when needed.

Dr. Keneth H. Masao

Medical Doctor

Keneth H. Masao is a committed Enrolled Nurse with over five years of frontline healthcare experience, serving patients across both facility and community settings. With formal nursing training and a strong track record of practice, he has honed his expertise in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

Keneth's professional background spans a wide range of responsibilities, including patient assessment, basic clinical procedures, medication administration, wound care, and support for maternal, child, and adult health services. His experience also extends to health education and counseling, where he has played an important role in sensitizing patients and communities on preventive healthcare, treatment adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Albano Sabino

Counselling Psychologist

Albano Sabino is a dedicated Counselling Psychologist at Primetel, committed to providing mental health support and guidance to communities in need. He plays a key role in delivering counselling services, facilitating mental health awareness sessions, and supporting community outreach programs.

Rumas

Outreach Coordinator

Rumas is the Outreach Coordinator at Primetel, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a Community Health Worker with specialized training in mental health. He provides strategic leadership to Primetel's outreach team, spearheading the design and execution of high-impact sensitization campaigns that promote health awareness and improve access to care in underserved communities.

In addition to coordinating outreach activities, Rumas plays a central role in forging and strengthening partnerships with community groups, institutions, and development partners. His ability to bridge grassroots realities with organizational goals has made him instrumental in expanding Primetel's footprint and ensuring alignment with community needs.

Einoth Saitoti

Customer Support Lead

Einoth Saitoti serves as the Customer Support Lead at Primetel, where she oversees client engagement and support for users across the country who access Primetel's services through its USSD application. In this role, she is responsible for receiving and managing customer requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that clients receive timely and effective assistance.

Einoth plays a vital role in maintaining a seamless link between the community and Primetel's health services, helping users navigate the platform and access the care and information they need. Her dedication to responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving ensures that every customer interaction reinforces trust in Primetel's mission to deliver accessible and inclusive healthcare solutions.
